Cancellation & Refund Policy

Scheduling Consultations:

You are entitled to reschedule or cancel your scheduled consultation within 48 hours of booking without penalty. For cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, we reserve the right to charge a 50% cancellation fee.

No-shows:

If you fail to attend your scheduled consultation without prior notice, the full consultation fee will be charged, and no refund will be issued.

Consultation Packages:

For pre-paid consultation packages, you may request a refund for any unused sessions within 30 days of purchase, subject to a 30% administrative fee.

Dissatisfaction with Services:

If you are unsatisfied with the quality of our consultation, please contact us within 7 days of your session at Info@yourteamconsultants.com. We will work with you to either schedule a follow-up session at no additional cost or issue a partial or full refund at our discretion.

Payment Processing:

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

We reserve the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Our goal is client satisfaction, and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve any concerns about our services.
